VIP Defender Membership Includes
During Our Biannual Service Call We will Perform The Following:
Boat Lift and Shelter
- Safety Check
- Grease all movable parts, including sheaves, pulleys, gears, etc
- Rewrap cable
- Inspect cable for damage or wear
- Check limit switch
- Check and relevel carriage
- Check bunk positioning
- Inspect bunks for rot or damage
- Inspect and clean boat lift motors
- Check all breakers and wiring
- Inspect electrical junction box lids and seals
- Check all over water plumbing and hose connections
- Inspect security lighting, underwater lights, photocells, and outlets
- Remove all wasps, bats, birds, and squirrel nests
- Check seawall and cap condition
For Your Dock
- Safety check for loose boards, nails, screws, bolts, etc
- Check decking and stringers for rot or instability
- Inspect pile wraps
- Check dock framing and cross-bracing stability
- Check cleats, ladders, and other accessories
- Inspect railings and stairs for stability
- Verify all hardware is in place and in good condition
*10% discount on all parts if repairs are needed
Upon Completion of your service, you will receive an inspection report with any suggested repairs

Lifetime Lift and Docks VIP Defender program is a proactive, membership-based system designed to monitor and maintain your waterfront property year-round. Members receive two visits per year from a qualified technician who inspects, services, and documents the condition of your dock and lifts.
In addition to expert maintenance, VIP Defender members receive priority service after storm events, ensuring their property receives immediate attention when it matters most.
